I have replaced current online bottle and sum files with the newly reformatted files, completed by D. Muus. Bottle file now has all current data and quality bytes contained within it. Sum navigation errors were corrected. All references for this cruise have been updated. Please see subdirectory /original/2001.01.25_AR07WE_REFRMT_MUUS for notes. (or Muus note 1/25/01)

1) Summary file has apparent error in Station 49 End (EN) Longitude. Believe should be 53 52.19 W instead of 56 52.19 W to match Beginning (BE)and Bottom (BO) Longitudes. Ship did not drift over 100 miles in 42 minutes.
2) Oxygen data successfully merged with web bottle file.
3) wocecvt successfully run but had numerous "sumun1: parameter list truncated." messages and 10 "sumun1: comment truncated." messages. Rearranged Summary file headers to conform to WOCE left and right justify requirements and the 'parameter' messages disappeared but the 'comment' messages remain.

SUM:
-Removed hard carriage returns.

-Added lat lon data from earlier file sent by WHOI to new file sent by Isenor for station 37 cast 1 bottom cast code. This data was missing from Isenor sum file.
-Added name/date stamp.
-Ran sumchk with no errors.
-Renamed file ar07wesu.txt and replaced current on line sumfile with this version, moved old version to "original" subdirectory, as file ar07wesu_rplcd_2001.01.22.txt.
BOTTLE: -needs merging with current online bottle file so that the Q2 word can be preserved. New bottle file now contains bottle oxygen, not previously included. New bottle file needs to be pressure sorted.
CTD:
-Removed hard carriage returns.
-Changed expocode 18HU94008/1 to 18HU94008_1.
-Ran wctcvt, with warnings for mismatched dates between casts of sumfile and ctd, due to cast durations over a 24hour period. file s46c1.wct had duplicate and non-ascending pressures at ctdpress=302.
-Zipped all checked and edited ctd files into ar07wect.zip and replaced current on line encrypted ctd zip file with this version, moved old version to "original" subdirectory, as file ar07wect_rplcd_2001.01.22.asc
-New version is public as per Isenor's email of 2001.01.22:

I have merged the bottle Q2 words from two versions of bottle files (sent to us by WHOI) into one bottle file. I have also pressure sorted and edited minor other details to the bottle file data. I have edited and rezipped the CTD station files to now conform to WHP format. Both files have been updated and encrypted on the website. All notes are located in the 00_README file in the original subdirectory.
***I have also removed the AR14 entry for this cruise from the index page as per the DIU (only one station covered). Please edit on the table database.

18HU94008_1: The files we have from WHOI has *ONLY* salinity, no oxygens. Again CFC's as well as nutrients were tagged with "raw" because they need editing to include leading zeros.
PROBLEM: There is currently no bottle file available, because the WHOI WHP office sent four versions of the bottle file, some of which were DQE'd for different parameters. At the moment we do not have the time resources to recreate what has happened to the data files to sort out which is the most current.
