CTD was reformatted. Headers were added with the available information and columns that were missing like quality flags were added on to the files. Data was then converted to exchange, NETCDF files and inventory were made. Exchange files were looked at under JOA and no problems were apparent.

Reformatted sumfile, used file sogen-m.sum. Realigned all columns to adhere to WOCE format. Added first header line, name/date stamp.
NOTE: times are JST which ==UTC 9Hr
ran sumchk, renamed new file pr01_bsu.txt and linked to website.
Zipped ctd station files at this time (9101s**.avg). No header information is included in the files, files are NOT in WOCE format. header information is located in the file readme.txt and stnlist.txt files were zipped into pr01_bct.zip and placed online in AS-IS condition. All files need WOCE formatting at this time.
readme.txt (ctd documentation) appears to have a bit more information than the current online DOC and will be added to the documentation link as a CTD DOC.

Files were found in incoming directory under whp_reports. This directory was zipped, files were separated and placed under proper cruise. All of them are sum files.
