Sumfile was manually editted and now passes the WOCE format standards. The only exception is lines 6, 7, 9, 10, 40 and 61 in the sumfile do not contain Laititude and Longitud values.
Bottle file station 29 was removed because it contained no navigational information in sumfile.
Bottle has been converted to exchange format and put online.
Website no longer reads SUMFILE as unformatted.
