As stated priviously, this file did Not pass sumchk. Some formating needed to be done on this file. Some Headers were changed as follows:
1- woce woce to woce sect
2- CAST to CAST TYPE
3- CODE to EVENT CODE
Columns of data moved are:
1- WOCE SECT
2- STNNBR
3- EVENT
After running sumchk, no errors were found.
