The Inventory file for the CTD NetCDF files contained an erroneous line. Tracing the problem back to the original data it was noticed that file gp299w0091.ctd pertaining to station 9 cast 1 is a file with no data, it only has a header. Consequently the ctd exchange and netcdf files for that line are empty thus producing a bad line in the inventory.

Original bottle file contains data for casts not included in sumfile. Danie confirmed that we will not be getting more data from K. McTaggart. The bottle file was truncated to match the available data for CTD and SUM. This data was converted into exchange format and put online. Original copy of data kept in the directory. Expocodes for bottle and sumfile were corrected.
